I assist people who want to understand themselves better and learn tools for lasting change. I can also include your faith or spirituality in our sessions if that's important to you. I predominantly use an approach called Internal Family Systems (IFS) and have formal training in it. I am in-network with some insurances and can give you a superbill to submit for possible reimbursement for all other out-of-network insurances.
